We ship via USPS and try to provide you with the best shipping prices possible. Charges are based upon shipping method, weight, and destination. You may calculate any shipping fees by putting your item in the cart, choosing from the drop down menu and click recalculate. Do you ship internationally? TOP
Yes. Available via USPS airmail, ground or priority mail depending upon weight. Delivery confirmation may not be available on most international orders. International shipping charges may be calculated before completing checkout. Please email us with any questions about shipping. Allow 1-4 weeks for delivery to most countries. The shipping prices quoted will NOT include any custom, brokerage or duty charges, regardless of shipping method. How soon before I get my items? TOP
We make every effort to ship within 24 hours of receiving your order M-F. Weekend purchases will ship on Mondays. Large orders may take up to 48 hours as many of our items are handmade. You will receive a delivery confirmation when your item has shipped.
For US residents, your items should arrive within 2-4 working days from the time you receive your delivery confirmation.

As of now, only Washington State Residents will be charged an 8.8% sales tax on their purchases. Can I really use the diva dish gloves? TOP
Of course you can, we insist you do! Flaunt your gloves around the block, wash your dishes, scrub your tub, wash the car, do some light gardening, wherever there's a need to protect your hands. What if the trim or feathers on the diva dish gloves get wet? TOP
Don't panic, it will not harm them. Most diva dish gloves are meant to be used for general cleaning purposes and the trim or feathers may get wet. If they do, just hang to dry or fluff out with a warm blow dryer. Spot clean the trim or give them a quick bath in warm, soapy water. (It is highly unlikely that you will ever have to do this.)
Diva dish gloves containing larger feather boas may be used but are generally more of a novelty item. Feathers are not colorfast and it is not recommended that they get wet. I don't see what I'm looking for, may I contact you? TOP
