A  true fashion junkie at heart, Barbara has been wearing the "fancy pantz" tiara with pride since she was a little girl.  Alumni of both the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM), Los Angeles and Golden Gate University, she brought her passion to life with the creation of Fancy Pantz Designs.  She hopes to combine her business and marketing degrees, as well as retail management experience, in order to provide you with fun, fashionable, and useful items.
